Level-2 Concealed Carry

4 hrs. / $175

Course Overview

This 4-hour course is designed to pick up where your concealed carry course left off. This is where you find out what works and what doesn’t. You may only get one shot to defend yourself and TW’s Trigger Techniques wants to make it count. Test your skills, your gear, your mindset, and prepare to be humbled. I need you to make the mistakes here so you survive out there. The focus will be on understanding the defensive use of a handgun and challenging you to use your weapon handling skills as efficiently and as consistently as possible. A variety of reality-based drills and scenarios will test your ability to solve problems and overcome stressed situations.

Some of the topics and live-fire drills will include: Firearm Safety Rules, Choosing a Concealed Carry Firearm, Ammunition ballistics, Levels of Personal Awareness, Laws and Use of Deadly Force, Safety Rules, Presentation of the Pistol From a Concealed Carry, Flash Site Picture Shooting, Low Light Conditions, Trigger Control Resets, Defensive Accuracy, Target Acquisition and Engagement, Clearing Malfunctions, Shooting Positions, Identification and Use of Cover, Stress & Tach. Reloading. You will learn about the decision process you must go through in defensive shooting situations and you’ll learn about yourself. If you’re going to carry you have to train; it’s not an option. Let’s get started.
